David drives Woodhall’s strategic vision and builds relationships with key partners. He has edited hundreds of books and collaborated with a vast network of publishing professionals throughout his career. In addition to working as an Editorial Director for Rowman & Littlefield’s trade division, David teaches writing at Quinnipiac University and Southern Connecticut State University.
Colin Hosten
Editorial Director
Colin Hosten leads our acquisitions team at Woodhall Press, building on his many years of editorial experience with Disney Publishing. He also teaches writing at Fairfield University and serves as the Chairman of the Board of Education of the City of Norwalk.

Christopher Madden
Executive Editor
Christopher works with Woodhall’s most seasoned authors, as well as our rising stars. A serial entrepreneur, educator, writer, poet, and performer, Chris currently teaches at Fairfield University and co-directs the Black Rock Art Guild.
Miranda Heyman
Acquisitions Editor
Miranda recruits new authors and acquires new titles for Woodhall Press. She received a B.A. in Creative Writing from Berry College and earned her MFA from Fairfield University in 2021. She previously worked for Sigma Tau Delta Journals and Causeway Lit Magazine.

Margaret Moore
Editor
Meg serves as an editor on various projects throughout the year and coordinates Woodhall Press’ social media presence, live events, and our print and digital advertising. Meg is a 2020 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Creative Writing and is currently pursuing her MFA. Meg often presents at national and international writing conferences, and her work appears in Kairos: A Journal of Rhetoric, Technology, and Pedagogy, Brevity’s Nonfiction Blog, and Independent Catholic News among other publications.
Matthew Winkler
Editor
Matt works with the acquisitions team to identify exciting new projects for Woodhall Press. He has served Woodhall Press in various roles over the years, including author, COO, CFO, and now Editor.
Nancy Zhang
Editor
Nancy Zhang is an educator and editor with a background in Chinese and French studies. Nancy manages our many anthology projects and also teaches French and Mandarin Chinese at Pierrepont School in Westport, CT.
Rebecca Dimyan
Conference Director
Rebecca Dimyan is an award-winning writer whose nonfiction essays and short fiction have appeared in national and international publications. Rebecca teaches writing and literature at several universities in Connecticut. She is co-founder of the Ridgefield Writers Conference and now leads the Woodhall Press Writers Conference.
